Do I still have to paste an M3U link or type Xtream Codes?
Not if you use our own app. Sign in with the same email and password you bought with and it configures itself — there is no playlist URL to paste and no host, username or port to copy off a screen. The M3U link and Xtream Codes are still sent to you, because third-party players like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters and Smart IPTV need them.
What is the quickest way to install on a Fire TV Stick?
Turn on "Install unknown apps" for the Downloader app (Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options), then open Downloader and type www.joiniptvuk.com/fire. That short address always points at the current build, so it never goes out of date, and it is short enough to enter with the remote. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
Will the app install on my Samsung or LG TV?
No, and no Android app will. Samsung runs Tizen and LG runs webOS, and neither can install an Android APK. Two options that do work: plug in a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box and install the app there, or use Smart IPTV or another M3U player on the TV itself with the playlist link we send you. Both are covered above.
How many devices can I set up, and can they watch at once?
Install on as many devices as you like — the limit is how many stream simultaneously, which is set by your plan: one, two or three. So a household on Elite Gold can have the app on a Firestick, a phone and a tablet, with any two of them watching at the same time.
Do I have to set it up again when a new version comes out?
No. The app checks for a newer build when it starts and offers to update itself, and installing over the top keeps you signed in. The only exception is a version older than 0.9.4, which cannot see new releases — if you are on one of those, install once from the address above and updates resume automatically after that.
Nothing plays after I sign in. What is wrong?
Nine times out of ten the subscription has not finished provisioning, or the details were entered with a stray space from copying and pasting. Check the email or WhatsApp message you received, retype the password by hand, and give it five minutes from payment. If it still will not play, message us on WhatsApp with the device you are using — we can see whether the account is active from our side.
